Information Stored on Your Device

The application stores the property maps you create, together with the zones and notes inside them, in the app's own storage on your Android device. This local content is not automatically transmitted to the developer as part of the core workflow. The kinds of content that may be stored locally include:

• Saved property maps and acquisition projects
• Zone structures, labels, readiness states and notes
• Images you choose to add
• Locally generated exports, such as PDF or image files
• Local export previews and copied summaries

Exporting, Copying and Sharing

The app can produce exports and summaries of your local work, and you may copy or share them using Android system actions such as the Android share sheet. This happens only when you initiate it. Data remains on your device unless you choose to export, copy or share it.

Once an export leaves the app, the file is in your control and is handled by whichever application or destination you selected.

The app is intended for planning and practical readiness purposes. Outputs are based on the observations and information you enter yourself, and they are provided for informational use only.

Outputs are not a survey, not a valuation, not legal advice, not financial advice, not insurance advice, not regulatory advice, and not any form of compliance certification. They are not a substitute for formal professional, legal, financial or regulatory assessment and sign-off.

Security

Local app content kept by the application is stored within the app's own storage on your device and is not held on company servers. Access to that content is therefore governed by your own device and the way you use it.

Protecting the device itself — for example through the screen lock you configure, and by keeping the device and the app up to date — remains with you as the device owner. Exported files are also in your hands once they leave the app, so take care where you choose to save or send them.

Any correspondence the company receives is handled with care and kept only for as long as needed to respond to it and to meet any record-keeping obligations that apply to the company.
