The process
Give us the postcode, the number of flats, the tenure and whether the block is tenanted, and we will check it against what we are currently buying.
We arrange a viewing within a few days, look at the communal areas and any obvious repairs, and come back with a written offer and the reasons behind it.
Once you accept, we appoint our solicitor the same week and ask yours for the management pack, the leases and the service charge accounts.
We raise enquiries on the freehold title, any ground rent, the fire risk assessment and the condition of the roof before exchange, not after.
You pick a date that suits your own move, and we work towards it rather than pushing a date that suits us alone.
After completion we carry out any repairs and decoration, then sell the flats on to owner-occupiers or investors through our own listing.
If you own a block or a flat and want a straightforward buyer, tell us where it is and we will give you a figure.
Arrange a valuationYou get a reply within one working day, and the valuation costs you nothing.
Limits
We do not buy properties outside England, Scotland and Wales, so we turn away anything in Northern Ireland or overseas.
We do not act as an estate agent for other owners, and we do not list, market or negotiate sales on anyone else's behalf.
We do not take on blocks with an active compulsory purchase order or a live dispute over the freehold title.
We do not manage rented property for landlords, so we cannot collect rent or handle tenancy renewals on your behalf after completion.
Contact
Send us the address, the number of flats and your rough timescale, and we will come back to you within one working day.
